Intro to Computers
Tuesday, October 21 & Thursday October 23, 6:30-7:30 pm
This two night course will teach you the basics of computer use. You will learn to use a mouse, access the Internet and learn how to set up and access email. Content will be adjusted depending on class participants. This is a hands-on class for the beginning computer user with little or no experience. Sign-up is required.
Create your own unique wreath with Jill Jacobs ofJJ Floral Wednesday,November 5, 6-8 PM. Save your “naturals” (acorns, seed pods, etc.) and make a wreath that can transition into the holidays. For more details call the library. Registration is required.
Introduce yourself to the benefits of yoga. This program is designed with the beginner/senior in mind. The 6 week program will be held:
October 7, 14, 21, 28, November 4, 11 from 4-5 PM
Classes are $50.00 for the 6 week session. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Rochester Library and scholarships are available.

Friends of the Rochester Library Christmas Cookie Sale
It's not too early to start thinking about the Annual Christmas Cookie Sale. This is a major fund raiser for the library and the proceeds help supplement the purchase of children's material and programming. Please participate by either offering to bake cookies to be sold, by placing an order to buy cookies or BOTH!
Cookies will be sold in 1 pound packs for $8.00 @
Orders can be place in person at the Rochester Public Library or by calling 534-3533
Orders must be placed by Sunday, December 6 and cookie pickup will be Saturday December 13th

Join Mrs. Czuta in this early literacy and kindergarten readiness program that includes stories and activities relating to a different letter of the alphabet each week. Ages 4 & 5.

ABC Afternoons is a program specifically for 4 or 5 year old pre-kindergartners. Our program will present stories, rhymes and activities relating to a different letter of the alphabet each week. Sandi Czuta, our children's programmer will help your child become familiar with letters and develop an early literacy foundation needed to love books and enjoy reading. Registration is required and the class size is limited.
Tiny Tots Lapsit Story Time - 10:30 - 10:50 am
This is a program for children age birth to 3 and their parent or caregiver
that includes stories, music, movement and open playtime.
