Children’s Services Coordinator Employment Opportunity 
The Rochester Public Library, located in Southeastern Wisconsin, is seeking a seeking a creative, energetic person to nurture and continue our successful children’s programming. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree or commensurate experience in early childhood education/development. We value energetic and creative people who understand the importance of “planting the seed” for learning and nurturing literacy skills in the young child. An understanding of basic library principles, procedures and technology is a plus. This is a part time position requiring up to 25 hours a week.

Preschool Story Time  10:30 – 11:15 am

Join us for a program designed for kids ages 3 - 5.  Choose Monday or Tuesday morning for stories, songs, activities, finger plays and a craft project with a different theme each week.

Tiny Tots Lapsit Story Time - 10:30 - 10:50 am

This is a program for children age birth to 3 and their parent or caregiver 

that includes stories, music, movement and open playtime.
